About Our Classes
At Ashram Yoga we practice classical yoga which is gentle enough for absolute beginners and profound enough for the seriously advanced. It is both simple and profound.Our focus is on development of the whole person – physical, mental and emotional – by giving you the knowledge and skills that cultivate health and vitality through harmony and balance.

We present a comprehensive system suitable for all from beginners, infirm, aged through to advanced levels; physical through to esoteric in a nurturing environment that allows you to learn and grow.

Our instructors are highly qualified and have been through the Ashram Yoga teacher training course or a similarly comprehensive programme. The depth of knowledge and experience at Ashram Yoga gives the opportunity for any student to progress to any level.

Ashram Yoga also provides extra traditional teachings through seminars and workshops, residential retreats and satsanga (discourse).
