|At Ashram Yoga we practice traditional yoga which is gentle enough for absolute beginners and profound enough for the seriously advanced. Our focus is on development of the whole person – physical, mental and emotional. Our techniques cultivate health and vitality through harmony and balance.
We present a comprehensive system suitable for everyone. We teach yoga to beginners, those with injuries, pregnant women and senior citizens. Ashram Yoga is also well known for teaching advanced yoga practices – from advanced physical postures through to powerful breathing techniques and esoteric meditation.
Our instructors are highly qualified and have been through the Ashram Yoga teacher training course or a similarly comprehensive programme. The depth of knowledge and experience at Ashram Yoga gives the opportunity for any student to progress to any level.
