Vegetarian Cooking Retreat
30 & 31 July with Prasad and Atma
Prasad specialises in cooking delicious, healthy, vegetarian food – as many of you have tasted. So join us by the beach for an adventure in the kitchen with spices, flavours and taste. Learn skills and recipes to share with family and friends.

The retreat will also include yoga with Atma and walks on the beach to stay balanced and prepare the digestive system!
Learn:
- How to blend spices
- How to prepare for happy, stress-free cooking
- Cook by aroma
- Chop vegetables for better taste and texture
Cost: $210 (includes tuition, recipe booklet, food, accommodation and yoga). Spaces are limited to 10 people so we all get hands on experience!
Time: Sat 10am – Sun 3pm
Please bring: Favourite chopping knife and board, apron and your appetite!
