Interview with Alita
Did you enjoy the course?
Yes, I did. I thought it was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Was it fun?
It was fun. It was a lot of fun.
On a scale of one to ten?
Ten.
Were you comfortable with the course?
Yes, perfectly comfortable.
Do you think it was practical?
Yes, it was very practical.
Has it changed your point of view on sexuality?
Well, not my point of view, no. It’s just deepened my knowledge. Now I have more knowledge about the Tantric system of yoga.
And would you recommend it to other people?
Definitely.
Knowing what you know now, if you were a single person would you have any reservations about doing the course with someone you didn’t know?
If I were single, I wouldn’t see it as a problem – as long as they were there for the yoga and to learn; not just to meet people.
So the content of the course is not so intimate that it would be a problem?
No, you can make it what you want. You can make it more intimate if you want to or less intimate. It’s really up to you.
Was the food good?
Oh, the food was fantastic!
Is a background in yoga necessary?
It would be good to have a little bit of knowledge of yoga and the chakra system because we did work with the chakras. But, my husband doesn’t know much about chakras and he was fine with it.
So it wasn’t a five hour lecture?
Oh, no! It was practical participation which was fun.We got to do some dancing and breathing and all sorts of different things. The only thing I wish I had done was to make notes.
Is there anything else you would like to mention?
Well, my husband and I found that it gave us some time away from the kids – to just be with each other and connect again. With young kids you can’t really connect in that way – in an intimate way – too much. You’ve got to make time and the course was a good way for us to be together for five hours.
Was there any kissing on the course?
Not that I know of!

Interview with Charles
Did you enjoy the course?
Yes, I enjoyed the course!
What did you like about it?
I enjoyed the fact that I learned to interact in a different way than I normally would. I also had energetic experiences that I’d never had before.
I thought it wasn’t long enough. I would have liked it to go for three days.
You did this course with someone you hadn’t met before. Was that a problem?
I didn’t find it a problem. In some ways it was quite a good thing because you don’t have expectations and there is no baggage. I was lucky with the person I was paired with. It was really good.
In general, is the course too intimate for people who don’t know each other?
I don’t think so. But maybe it depends on what your mentality is around things – but I don’t think it is.
And did you think the course was fun?
Absolutely! It was super fun.
And the food was good?
Food was amazing!
And was it new information? Have you come across it before?
I had come across a couple of the practices before but most of it was new information.
Was it relevant and practical?
Absolutely.
Is there anything you want to share with our readers?
I think everybody should do this course. It is good just to know that there are other things you can explore which you wouldn’t normally think of as sex.

Interview with Alona
Did you enjoy the course?
Yes, I enjoyed it. It was very educational and I think I can use a lot of it in the future. It will help me discover more about my sexuality and the sexuality of my partner and sexuality in general.
Was it what you expected?
I didn’t have a lot of expectations. But it was very well presented. I thought it was presented very clearly and purely. Nobody felt awkward or wanted to leave! Actually, I noticed at the end of the evening people were really relaxed and it was a very nice atmosphere. I felt that everyone had opened up and we were ready to really learn!
Was it tasteful?
Yes, it presented sexuality as a natural part of our existence. There was no fear or any kind of awkwardness. They talked about it in the right way – as it should be talked about – not too straight, not too shy – somewhere in the middle. It was very well presented in my mind.
Was it an emotional experience?
It was interesting how some emotions arose and others didn’t – contrary to my expectations. And it was interesting to observe myself and my partner throughout the practices. I wouldn’t say that emotional is the right word to use in this context. It takes you beyond that. You bring more awareness into the whole sexuality thing and so you’re not just overtaken by emotions.
Would you recommend it to other people?
Certainly. I am looking forward to another course on this topic.
Was it fun?
Yes! It was fun.
On a scale of one to ten?
Well, I would give it an eight and a half.
