Meditation I – Foundations for Meditation

This is an opportunity to learn meditation, and a space to deepen your knowledge or continue your practice. Over the six weeks we will work on ways to be comfortable whilst seated, as well as building a meditation practice that you can take away with you and continue to use!

Open to all, including previous participants, to practice or continue meditating in a group environment.

Meditation II – Deepening the Experience

This course focusses on more advanced breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques within a whole group experience. The practices presented over the course involve working at a deeper energetic level. An excellent next step for students who have completed Premajyoti’s Beginners Meditation course and suitable for all levels of experience.

Antar Mouna Meditation

Antar Mouna (meaning inner silence) is a complete training system for the awareness process. It teaches you to know the process of mind and ways in which one can bring them under control.  An excellent practice to enhance and deepen the overall meditative experience. This is a six-week course. It is suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.
