Yoga Nidra Level 2 Training Course

The Yoga Nidra Level 2 training course is taught over one weekend as an intensive workshop.

The Yoga Nidra Level 2 Teacher Training Course is taught over one weekend as an intensive workshop.

In Level 2, we continue from where we left off in Level 1, adding the next layer to the sequence of Yoga Nidra - the role of symbols and the subconscious mind and their use in therapeutic application.

At the end of the Level 2 course, you will be able to create, guide and deliver the full sequence of the Yoga Nidra technique.

Prerequisites:

Yoga Nidra Level 1 is a pre-requisite for Level 2.

​If you have completed Ashram Yoga's Level 2 Teacher Training course then you may automatically go onto Yoga Nidra Level 2.
